has any figured out how you remove a phone from a family plan, I am paying for 4 numbers and due to family loss , I now need to cancel one of numbers and remove from the p,an.
Calling virgin helpline is pointless as
1) they do t speak good enough English
2) these none English operators are insensitive to the situation and only want to upsell
So anyone figured out how you do it online
