Hi, I've got a new sim card as part of the ultimate oomph package but can't seem to log in to my account because the email and password don't match. It then brings up a blank security question that I need to answer. I went through the registraron process when joining Virgin so not happy I can't log in to finish the set up and port my mobile number.
