I'm experiencing difficulties registering online for my virgin mobile. When i enter my number and press continue it then asks for an answer to a security question, however I haven't set up any security questions. I got my mobile number as part of a package. I set up a security question for my tv and broadband when i purchased it, when i enter that answer into the security question on the mobile screen it doesn't accept it.
