Registering

Good morning everyone, I wonder if you could help

I'm experiencing difficulties registering online for my virgin mobile. When i enter my number and press continue it then asks for an answer to a security question, however I haven't set up any security questions. I got my mobile number as part of a package. I set up a security question for my tv and broadband when i purchased it, when i enter that answer into the security question on the mobile screen it doesn't accept it.

Any suggestions / help would be much appreciated.

Hi rgl2019, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account. Can you confirm if you are still having these issues. Can you check if it is the as the Media account memorable word? Chris
