Registering account - security answer

Need to create a virgin mobile account and is asking for the security answer, although I don't have one to my knowledge?

Then says to reset it I need to call them, but they are only open between certain times, when I am at work, can I reset the security answer online?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Apologies for the late response, we have been very busy and doing all we can to get back to each customer ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

 

Sorry to hear you've been having these issues when trying to register for a mobile account. This would have been the memorable word you set up when first taking your services, the one you would use when calling us. Have you since been able to set up an account and log in?
