Registering a new account account - been asked for security question answer?

Hi

I’m an ‘ooomph’ Customer. As per subject title I’m unable to register the SIM card which I recently received. After I enter the mobile phone number I’m been asked to answer my security question. As I’ve never registered before I obviously don’t have an answer! I’ve found it impossible to get though and speak to anyone on the phone at virgin media.

Sorry to see you've been having issues registering for the mobile self-care account. 

 

The security answer would be the memorable you would issue to members of staff when you call into the call centre or contact our team over messaging services
