I have recently received my new SIM Card as part of the Oomph Bundle.
I am attempting to Register an Account but in doing so is asking me for a Security Answer which I don't remember making. My usual Security Answer I use when talking to Virgin Media over the phone does not work.
I have clicked on the "I don't know the answer" link and called the numbers given but understand that due to Coronavirus your call centre is unavailable.
Can anyone assist? I need to register and setup an account to enable me to register my PAC from my existing provider.
Im getting exactly same issue can not complete my SIM switch as it asks for Mothers Maiden name as check which the system does not recognize. Ask me to reset password and doesn't recognise the password. The asked to enter my new phone number , surname and post code - to reset my login - which gets rejected and asks me to do a fresh registration !!! now thats well screwed up!
Then rang VirginMedia broadband waited 30 mins on a call - to be passed around and then my phone is disconnected !!! Welcome to Virgin MOBILE !!!! OMG what a mistake to switch!
