Register for account

When I try and create a password and register my account it keeps coming up with "hw-registration-create-username-password-email-address-not-in-record-global-warning". What does this mean?

Thank you for making this post regarding the issues you are facing when registering for an account, are you able to provide a screenshot of this error that's happening when you try to register?

 

Have you previously had a Virgin Media account before and are you using the same email address to sign up for My Virgin Media?

i'm having same problem, following all rules for password creation (everything ticks green) but keeps asking me to check the password rules ?????

Thank you for making your first post regarding the issues you are experiencing when trying to register for an online account.

 

Just to double check, does your password meet all of the following criteria:

 

  • Length must be between 8-10 characters

  • Must start with a capital letter

  • Must contain a number

  • Must not contain any spaces or any characters that aren't numbers or letters

Yes, follows all rules and all ticked to verify this, have tried to register several different passwords but no luck

No it has been doing this since I first started, tried on tablet, mobile and PC too, no luck on either

Website version as I wanted to view usage and bills which I am unable to do on the App (which works fine)

You should be ale to download your bill on the app and see this same information on there, have you tried doing this?
