I'm trying to setup an online account for a PAYG SIM.
The process goes ok until the point that I'm asked a security question.
The question is blank, which isn't that surprising as I have not registered before, but how am I meant to get past this step?

Yes I should be registered as the account holder.
I received my new SIM last week so I assume your database must have me correctly associated with the phone number etc.
But I still can't register online due to the "empty" security question problem.
I'll need to pop you a private message so we can pass security and I'll get this all updated for you 🙂
