Refund on transfer to o2 via Volt

Have upgraded to Volt and my VM number ported to o2. My final mobile bill from VM was a credit due to transfer to o2 taking place shortly after previous bill. I have waited  to see whether the credit would be refunded via direct debit but the normal date has come and gone and nothing has been credited. Is there no automatic process in place?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies over the confusion on the refund. 

Refunds can generally take upto 14 days to arrive, has it been passed this time period?
