Hi I was told I would be sent a cheque for my remaining credit after pay as you go was cancelled. I still haven't received this, any chance you can investigate.

Hi @Chilli16, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear you're chasing your cheque refund still.

Can you kindly advise the date you was told about this, as the cheques can take up to 21 working days to arrive?
