Refund as cancelled within 14 day cooling off period
I had to cancel my service within the 14 day period due to issues with WiFi Calling and I believe that my account has been fully closed down as I have moved my number to another network. The cancellation fee was removed from my account by a member of the Forum team.
I had my first month deducted from my account via direct debit. According to your terms and conditions I should receive this back. Please see below.
Please can someone confirm when I will receive my first payment back?
