When you lose phone signal is this in multiple locations or one? Do you lose connection completely to the network or do the signal bars just drop to empty? Can you confirm the make and model of the handset you have? Is this from ourselves or 3rd party? When it asks you to input your number, is this when you access a specific screen or just randomly when using the handset?
