I got my Samsung S20 FE last week. It worked okay for a couple of days. Then it started coming up with REFRESHING SIM DATA. This message constantly pops up every minute or so. I am now unable to make or receive texts or phone calls and cannot use wifi calling. It also completely drains the battery. I have had a replacement sim card and tried all the methods suggested and it is still the same.
I have spoken to Virgin many times and have got no where. I am really fed up now. Does anyone know how to fix this?
