Keep getting the above message on my phone every few seconds
Unable to use phone as it says not registered on network
Dont think it relevant but currently on holiday in the usa
Phone was working fine until this message started to appear

Hi @Stevop thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns regarding your mobile not working abroad.
Can you please confirm if you turned on data roaming on your device, before you left the UK to arrive in the US?
Can you also check your Virgin Mobile account to see if roaming is turned on in your account?

It was working fine until this message started to appear

Also it say refreshing sim data
Also before this appeared it would show local time where i am and also the rime in the UK, now it only shows local time.
Also it is saying that my number is not recongised

Are you able to do a manual network search and see if you are able to connect?
Is it possible you can try your SIM in another handset if you can access one to see if you get the same issue?
