Refreshing Sim Data

I have samsung which i have only had since just before Christmas time, and keep get the message refreshing sim data . last few days been really bad and keep losing ability to make calls and saying emergency only i really hope you can help with this issue thanks Alan

I am so sorry that you have faced issues regarding your mobile phone, can I ask if this is happening just at home or when you are out and about as well? 

Have you checked the coverage in your area online here?

Much worse at my work place than home

Have you ben able to try this SIM in another handset or another SIM in the current handset at all @Ponkles?

yes i have still not working , mobile data not working now at all
