In several different places but usually where the signal is weak or has dropped. Do you think I should move to another operator with a better and more reliable signal in my area

The Virgin network dues not appear to be available when others (EE, Vodaphone but not O2) are.

Have you tried the SIM in another handset to see if it does the same occurence?

Along with 3 which is the network I used previously without any of these issues. Perhaps I should have stayed with them or moved to Smarty which actually has a very similar data bundle to Virgin and offers EU roaming like Virgin. Sorry, getting very negative about Virgin.

Not as yet but I may give it a try tomorrow. Given the number of people who have faced similar issues and tried to resolve what seems to be a Virgin issue I'm short on patience. But thank you for trying.
