Red Flag

After more calls to Customer Services I still can't get this red flag off my account. Was told yesterday to go to my local store that was definitely open. So I went today and it's closed and not going to re-open. There are no stores anywhere near me to sort this out. I've been told that I can't upgrade my account, I can't get a PAC Code and I can't give leaving notice (I'm on a 30 day contract) due to this flag. I have contacted CISAS today and been told to complete their complaint form and hopefully get this resolved once and for all. Absolute disgusting service
