Hi there!

I've recently bought mobile plan for my daughter and brought (switched to) her old o2 number to the plan at contracting. She however liked very much the virgin's number that initially came with the plan/sim. Is it possible to recover that number after switching completed? Thanks a lot.

Sadly the answer will be no

The old number will now be deactivated and no longer be available

Thanks for the reply. Is it then possible to do so by changing the current number if the initial virgin number is still free? Thanks.

The initial number will have been archived now and no longer available
