Recently Moved to Virgin from O2 - No Signal at all

myself and my wife recently moved to virgin from o2. we ported our numbers over but have a few issues.

Basically we have two brand new iphone 12's which are pretty much redundant as we cannot use them to call anyone - there is no signal in our area at all. what are my options? had contract for 3 days.

Use your 14 day cooling off period to cancel without penalty.  After that there will be significant charges for early cancellation.

You can cancel within 14 days. Other than that you are stuck.
