Recent poor home mobile reception

We have noticed massive change in signal strength in our house.  All four of us on Virginmobile and for at least the last week (possibly 2 weeks) we have had difficulty maintaining calls. also v little in the way of mobile data (eg speed test results of < 1Mbps). something has clearly changed but I need decent signal to be able to work form home. Checked virgin website for my postcode and everything is 'OK' although it clearly isn't.  when i try in different parts of the city I get great reception so it seems specifically limited to the area near my house. has a mobile mast stopped working? i live in the Anniesland area of Glasgow. i tried WiFi calling but doesn't seem to work despite having compatible phone (Samsung S10e)

No point in looking at Virgin its inaccurate to say the least.

As Virgin use EE check directly with them

I checked and EE say there is a problem.
