Received new Virgin Sim but doesn't receive calls

Hi,

I received my new Virgin sim a couple months ago (not a new customer). The sim works in the sense that it can make calls and has data etc. But it does not receive any incoming text or call. So I have been using my old sim (which sounds like it's due to expire soon). Please could you help me?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry that you're having an issue with your old SIM, it sounds like the new one hasn't been fully activated. 

We can certainly have a closer look and see whats going on, I'll just need to pop you a personal message and take it from there.
