Received SIM swap without contract

Hi, I’m NOT a Virgin Mobile customer and today I’ve received a SIM swap card for a person that I don’t know.

The address on the letter is correct, but considering this is a SIM swap it could be a scam.

What should I do? Is there an email address/service to report potential scams?

Re: Received SIM swap without contract

Have you moved in in the last few years?. Lots of Virgin customers having new SIM cards issued. Problem is many PAYG customers have never updated their address.

Not much you can do. It will stop working after 30 days if the customer does not activate it.

Personally I would destroy it

Thanks enlli. It’s about 4 years I live at this address. I checked with the previous owner and no one with that name has ever lived here.
