Hi, I responded to a Virgin message that I required a new SIM due to System upgrades.
I have received new SIM and Unlock Codes but after inserting and switching on I have the message SIM Invalid. The phone is a SENDO M550 and was purchased from Virgin.The IEMI ends 7340.
I suspect that the "Upgrades" that Virgin incorporated in the new SIM have rendered the phone unusable. Please advise how I can arrange for a free replacement phone.
