Received New SIM, STILL not activated and my business is suffering!

Thanks for the SIM card to replace the old one...

I put the SIM card in and waited 24 hours, but still waiting for it to become activated.  It says "not registered on this network".

I need this number for my work as a self employed business, and this is seriously impacting on my ability to do my job.  Please can you advise ASAP?
