Recaptcha error - can't log into mobile account - pls help
I've just received a new SIM from Virgin so I can switch from EE - but I can't set up an online account. I have set up the 'media' account fine but I can't get past the Recaptcha despite having green ticks for the new mobile number and I am not a Robot.
I need to transfer my PAC code before it expires - or otherwise I'll have to stick with EE.
Can anyone help? It seems a few people have had this problem but I can't see how it was resolved. I have tried different browsers, different computers, incognito windows, changing the password....
