When I try to log on to my mobile account
it says it could not find account
when I try to reset everything it won’t accept anything I write and keeps going threw recapcha

Can I ask if you've tried this on other browsers?
Are you able to test it on another device?
Do you have a cable account, if so are you able to log into that?
Has this only recently started happening?
Have you been able to log into the account before?
What happens if you try and register an online account?
Is it possible when you're registering you've already used that email address for a previous mobile account?
If not then we can have a closer look at the account but it doesn't sound like an account is set up for this number.
