ReCaptcha loop

Need to log into Virgin Mobile account in order to switch phone number from previous network, but can't even log into my account as it keeps telling me to confirm I'm not a robot. Reset password plenty of times and used different devices/browsers with no luck. 

Need to get on it ASAP as my previous contract won't be cancelled until I can put the PAC in on Virgin.

New to Virgin having just left Three and already beginning to regret moving as I can't even access my account!

Have been waiting for a response from the mobile messenger team for about 5 hours. And was on hold for around half an hour, is there any other way to fix it?

Please help! x
