Re set up direct debit and paying online not working

Hi,

I had a missed direct debit which sadly discontinued the direct debit so I need to set it back up again. I tried to pay online but it only shows option telling me to phone virgin. Due to an ongoing medical issue I’m unable to speak on the phone.

could one of the staff members on here contact me to arrange this being resolved?

Thanks for your post Civildiservice!

 

We wouldn't be able to take a payment over our Community, however we can seek to assist you when re-activating the direct debit on the account.

 

Can you try opening the self-care account on an alternative browser to see if you can make the payment for the outstanding balance?

 

I've been able to open up my personal account and can make a payment and change the direct debt details, so we would expect these services to be working
