My mum has had letters saying she needs to swap her sim but she hasn't received the new sim.
Please can someone help. I've tried calling 789 and the telephone number given for non virgin phones but just using up my minutes to no avail.

Thanks for joining me on PM. I've spoke to the account holder and have ordered you a new SIM.
It'll be there in 3-5 working days. When received pop the SIM card in the handset, this will trigger the network migration.
If it doesn't, please let me know how the new SIM goes
