The same for me.

Porting was done this morning and everything worked but then I could not receive calls or texts on either of he two number I had ported.

I can make calls or send text but not receive.

People just get “you have dialled an incorrect number”

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. I've taken a look on our side and cannot see any identifiable issues with the mobile network, or your service. Please be aware, a mobile number port can take up to 24 hours to be fully completed. During this time, you may experience unexpected problems (such as both mobiles ringing at once), or problems with your calls and texts.

It would be best to give things a reboot throughout the day and check how things are. If you're still experiencing problems tomorrow morning, please let us know and we'll do our best to assist further.

I just tried calling from one of my virgin mobile numbers to the other and it works, but not from any other network.

Day 2. 8:05am

I can make calls and send text.

I cannot receive calls or texts from any network except virgin.

I can receive calls on Whatsapp.
