Just upgraded to new phone and the plan is wrong?? They've put me on a data only plan which doesn't exist therefore I couldn't have chosen the plan??
Rang 789 and they've advised I've got to send everything back. Surely there has to be an easier way to rectify this??
The idea of sending the phone back is idiotic., but par for the course with customer services.
