Since midnight 4/3/20 neither I nor my wife have been able to make mobile to mobile calls - they don't connect & drop out - What's going on? We need our phones to make calls & this is not a good enough service Virgin! Get this sorted urgently please!!!!
Is the network down? cannot make/recieve calls, or call 789
Phone says conditional call forwarding enabled and after a beep every call drops straight away. I have not enabled anything! When i try to disable it: When phone busy it cannot disabled says the phone settings. My son is on virgin an cannot call either. Cannot call 789.
I don't understand why Virgin Media aren't just open and honest when there's a problem and communicate it properly - surely it would save them a lot of time replying to messages and tweets etc of people asking if there's a problem. Would also make people feel less annoyed if they just put something on their website and twitter acknowledging the fact there's an issue and they're trying to fix it.
