Purple Sim

Tried to change to New Purple Sim for 4G (that I received some time ago) from the old Red Sim which does not provide 4G. Doesn't register after 6 hours. I cannot be without a phone service for that long as I'm 85 years old. Is the Sim faulty?

The SIM doesn't activate after several hours i have to revert to my original 3G SIM so I can still have a service
