Me and a couple of members of my family (all with Virgin mobile) are either having trouble receiving and/or sending text messages between us.
Can someone from Virgin have a look at what's going on please?

Sorry to hear that you and some of your family members have been having issues when texting amongst yourselves. Have you tried checking/refreshing your settings as per here? Also, are your other services working correctly? For example, when you call each other?
