Problems using phone in Greece

Tuning in

Prepared setup according to advice. No text on arrival in Greece now finds network but drops in seconds. Cannot select manually. Need access to phone for elderly mother. Any ideas?

Can't use data or make/receive calls or texts. Roaming is setup on account.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your phone service! 


Can I ask if you have been able to use data? Are you able to receive calls at all? Are you able to send and receive texts? 


Is Roaming active on your My Virgin Mobile account?

Are you able to follow these steps: 


Select Apps from the Home Screen

Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon

Select Roaming

Select Mode

Select Manual 

Select International - you should then be done so pop back to the Home Screen.
