Hi I have recently got a Virgin mobile SIM, I was unable to register for the online account and spent 1.5hrs on the phone trying to sort this out with no success. I did not have a password or security question as the account is part of the Oomph package for which I registered an online account separately. I was assured that having now set up a security word and question that I should be able to register for online service. I can't! I have also received a text advising that there are problems with my switching request. I am very disappointed.
I would appreciate it if someone could offer a solution so I can get this sorted out without having to spend another 90 minutes on the phone.
