Hi i have tried for the last 5 days to log into my mobile account with no success i had it reset by customer service ans still not able - i get the i am not a robot screen answer the puzzle and it keeps asking again and again - i have tried on my mobile and another laptop and different browsers still not able to log in
HI paulroberts14, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Mobile online account and want you to get this resolved. When you spoke to the Mobile team was the account deleted so that you could re-register again? Can you see if you can register and if you are getting the same issue? Have you managed to get this rectified? Chris.
