I got the SIM as part of the oomph package but I can’t register it online. It’s asking for a password but I’ve not set one up yet.
Can someone get in touch to reset the password?

Thank you for reaching out. Just out of interest have you tried the same password as your media account?
If that doesn't work I can change it for you not problem.
I’ve tried that password and it doesn’t recognise it. Can you reset the mobile password?
