Problem registering with Virgin mobile

Hey, i recently bought a new SIM card for my new phone and decided to go with a new number. I've been trying to create an account online with my new number yet i'm being told to answer a security question that has not been set, preventing this from being possible.

Any support would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for your post and reaching out to the community forums. Is the SIM for a pay-as-you-go or for contract. If you have a SIM contract, then the details the site is asking for will come from what you provided to set up the SIM contract.
