Problem porting my old number from previous provider

I gave the PAC code from my previous provider to Virgin Mobile when ordering my new Virgin Mobile Sim, my previous number has yet to port.

I gave it online when ordering the new Virgin Mobile SIM on 19th Nov 2020.

It's also listed on the order confirmation email I received.
