Hi,
whenever I try to call my mum's UK landline number from Belgium keep getting voice message saying the number is not in use.
I can call the number from my Belgian phone/SIM and I think I can call the number successfully using the Virgin phone whilst I'm in the UK.

Can you confirm if you are putting +44 before dialling?

Hi Chris, yes I am. I have a dual SIM phone and when I select the Belgian SIM to call with it goes straight through without issue.

Would you be able to log into the online account, go to manage services and confirm if you have the roaming switched on?

Hi,
I've just checked to be 100% certain. Both roaming and voicemail are set to On. The other 3 settings are set to Off.
Also, I am able to call other UK numbers.
