I want to use an app on phone aboard a Princess Cruise. I want to use the medallion app to order drinks etc but I do not wish to use my mobile for anything else. eg emails etc Will I occur charges for the phone being on? Will This be solved by switching to airplane mode?

Thanks for your post.

If you switch to airplane mode and use wifi, Then no charges will apply.

Turn on Aeroplane Mode and then turn WiFi back on. Make sure WiFi Calling is off too
