Possible Scam

I received a parcel from Virgin this morning I did not request. It appeared to have a Sim inside I had just open it when the delivery driver asked for the parcel back as it had been recalled how do I advise Virgin Media of a possible scam.

Re: Possible Scam

Re: Possible Scam

If it was recalled by the driver this would have been flagged already.

Re: Possible Scam

Interesting as the replacement cards being sent out tend to come Royal Mail in a window envelope with a letter attachd.
