Hi,

Just ported my number to virgin, on the mobile app I login using my email and password etc, the next screen I see the old mobile numbers, not our porting numbers in virgin. This means I cannot access the mobile app via login info.

Can you tell us when you've ported your number over to us?

Today the port completed successfully. The online account seems updated with both of our numbers, however mobile app shows our previous numbers hence the login issue. Any ideas?

Thanks for coming back to me about this! It can take a day or so for the online account to update with the new information. 

Please keep an eye out on this over the next day and if you're still having issues signing in, we'll be more than happy to look into this further for you and see what's going on. 🙂
