Porting problem

Porter to virgin media last week with personal phone, not an issue. 

Ordered another sim, linked to my account, and attempted to port work phone number to the new sim. 

 

It ported the work number over the personal number !   The work number now rings on the personal phone, the personal number is disconnected and the new sim number still remains as was!

 

Help!!!!
