Porting number from Plusnet

The porting of my number should be happening today, I have had no contact from Virgin, but have from Plusnet.  Plusnet saying that they are aware of the porting today and they have been chasing Virgin, but nothing is happening. If I try to log in, it says my details are not recognised. What is going on.

Well it's 06.10 the morning after my supposed port and it still hasn't happened. This was requested on 27/05/23, I realise there was a bank holiday and weekend involved, but was assured on here yesterday that it would happen before midnight last night. Well it MOD EDIT: Language] hasn't. What is going on? my daughter and kids ordered their sims after me and they have all been ported. 

Guess nobody wants to deal with this one!!!
