I am having issues receiving both texts and calls from other networks since I transferred over from O2 to virgin. I called virgin and was told it was a porting issue from O2. Please tell me how this can be fixed as it is a big issue to get COVID test results back and I am a Care assistant.

I was sorry to understand that you're having some issues with both texts and calls from other networks since porting over your number; we have managed to locate your account from your Forum information and can see that an IT ticket was raised for this issue last week; this has since been closed as resolved.
Are you still experiencing this issue since your last post? Please do let us know if that is the case so we can open a new ticket for our porting team to investigate further.
