Porting Mobile Number

So I am due to take delivery of my new iPhone 12 Pro tomorrow and I am looking to port my existing number from O2.

I have the PAC code but when go over to my Virgin Mobile account page and to the section to fill out the details and select the switch date, it doesn’t allow me to fill out the number I want to switch and the PAC code.

Please can someone advise here as ideally I don’t want to be on the Virgin number temporarily until this is sorted. Seems daft not to allow me to fill the details out myself?

I am sorry to hear about this - unsure as to why that error is present. Have you been able to complete the port since your post?
