Hey all,
I have had a call from Virgin to say that my number has been fully ported over.
When i checked the mobile i had both numbers on it so i've removed the old EE number and it just says Virgin and i've updated my number from the new virgin one to the old EE one I wanted to keep.
When people try and ring me it is going straight to EE voicemail.
I've restarted the phone etc but nothing worked.
Any advice?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see your port into Virgin Mobile doesn't look like it had been completed and that people who call you are getting the voicemail to EE still.
When a number is ported in it can take up to 48 hours for everything to port in completely, when did you get the notification about the number coming over?
