Ported Number onto wrong SIM

Got 3 SIM only deals but I have ported one of the numbers onto the wrong SIM so now my wife has too much data for 12 months and my son has too little for 24 months. Should be the other way round. Can the tariffs be swapped? Only had SIMs for 2 weeks

It is possible to move up and down plans for a mobile number, however you may not always get the introductory offers if you do that.

It's not possible to move numbers within Virgin Mobile so probably the best option is to call or message Virgin Media and see what options you have.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry there's been a mix up when porting your numbers causing an issue with the packages. 

We can look at changing the packages to have more or less data if needed, they won't always be the same deals as shown online though.
